Based on the book by Katie DiCamillo. The story of a mouse, but not just any mouse. Despereaux is a one-of-a-kind mouse who doesn’t who doesn’t cower or scurry and craves adventure. He meets and falls in love with a princess, gets banished to the dungeon (from which no mouse as ever returned!), and is captured by a pack of hungry rats. Despereaux barely escapes with his life, but he honours his quest to act as a knight would – with bravery and courage in the face of danger. After all, he has to save the princess and become a hero!
SPIRES, ASHLEY BINKY THE SPACE CATHe’s bold. He’s adventurous. He’s going where no other cat has bone before! (Although he’s never actually been outside.)
